He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli (NIT-T).<\/p><p>He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the AU TVS Centre for Quality Management, Anna University, Chennai, and an ISO 9001:2008 certified Internal Auditor, accredited by TATA Projects Quality Services. Mr. Manikandan has over 10 years of academic experience and 7.5 years of industry experience in the IT sector. He is also the overall in-charge of IT facilities at GSB.
