Management Development Programme on “Nav Disha” – MDP for Indance Distributors
Navdisha developmental training program for Indane Gas Distributors of Indian Oil Ltd. was held on our GSB campus on 7th and 8th of November 2022. More than a hundred Indane gas distributors from Trichy, Thanjavur, Perambalur and Pudukottai districts attended the program. The program was inaugurated by Mr.T.Jayaprakash, Divisional Manager Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Indane Gas division, Tiruchirappalli.
Our Director Dr.S.Sundar and our faculty Dr.M.Chitra handled the sessions for two days covering a wide range of topics – Self management, Marketing and branding, Team building and leadership, Customer service excellence and profitability management. The program was highly appreciated by the participants and the executives of IOCL who attended the program.
