Workshop on Executive Leadership

Gnanam School of business has organized a work shop on “Executive Leadership ”.

Mr.L.Justin Sahayaraj, HRD Trainer and consultant, AIM Consultancy, commenced the session with the meaning of leadership. Additionally he also explained about managing the employees in an organization with LeaderShip.He spoke on techniques of  Time management.

         He conducted  an activity called  the leadership qualities self assessment. Students were grouped and we were made to do role play as leaders and employees. He spoke about “Qualities of Leadership “ and said to analyze by giving scores. He played some  videos of Team work and Coordination and ended with an activity of Case study .
