The Art of Resume Building

The session titled “The Art of Resume Building”, organized by Gnanam School of Business, featured Ashutosh Kumar as the chief guest. Representing Corporate Relations at the E-Cell of Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli, he shared valuable insights on connecting students’ academic profiles with industry expectations. His talk emphasized how a well-crafted resume can be a powerful tool for securing career opportunities.

He began by highlighting the importance of first impressions, stating that a resume is often the first interaction between a candidate and a recruiter. Since recruiters spend only a few seconds reviewing resumes, clarity, structure, and relevance are essential. A major focus of his speech was customization. responsibilities.
