Service Cancellation

Refund Eligibility:

Category	Percentage of Refund of Fees*	Point of time when notice of withdrawal of Admission is served
1	100%	15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission by the Institution
2	90%	Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission by the Institution
3	80%	15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission by the Institution
4	50%	30 days or less but more than 15 days after formally notified last date of admission by the Institution
5	Nil	More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission by the Institution

Students may cancel their admission by contacting the office in person.

After the commencement of the college or during the academic year, if the student withdraws and cancels the admission, the student is liable to pay the full fees, subject to the respective academic year.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed and issued within 60 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be construed in accordance with UGC norms.
