Induction Program on Idea to Enterprise: The Entrepreneurial Mindset for the Future

As part of Parivarthan – 2026, a seminar titled “Idea to Enterprise: The Entrepreneurial Mindset for the Future” was organised for the MBA students of Gnanam School of Business on 17 August 2026. The session was led by Ms. Radha Rengachari, Founder & CEO, Spikra Pvt. Ltd., Thanjavur.

The seminar was designed to provide students with an understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset and the journey of transforming an idea into an enterprise. The session aimed to encourage students to look at opportunities from an entrepreneurial perspective and appreciate the importance of innovation, initiative and a future-oriented mindset in the evolving business environment.

The interaction with an entrepreneur and business leader provided students with an opportunity to connect classroom learning with practical perspectives from the world of enterprise and entrepreneurship.

Objectives of the Seminar

The seminar was conducted with the following objectives:

• To introduce students to the concept and importance of an entrepreneurial mindset.
• To encourage students to identify and explore opportunities around them.
• To help students understand the journey from an idea to a potential business enterprise.
