Induction Program on Industry Expectations/ Alumni Perspective

As part of Parivarthan – 2026, a seminar on “Industry Expectations / Alumni Perspective” was conducted for the MBA students of Gnanam School of Business on 17 August 2026. The session featured Ms. Jasmine Vedha, Talent Scout, ANSR Global, as the resource person. The seminar was aimed at helping students understand the expectations of the corporate sector and gain a practical perspective on preparing themselves for professional opportunities.

The session focused on the importance of connecting management education with workplace expectations. It provided students with an opportunity to reflect on the knowledge, skills, professional behaviour and employability qualities that are important for building a successful career after business school.

Objectives of the Session
