Nexus’2026 – Annual HR Conclave

Gnanam School of Business (Autonomous), Thanjavur organized its Annual HR Conclave “NEXUS ’26” on 19th September 2026 at the GSB Auditorium. The conclave was conducted with the theme “The New Social Contract”, focusing on the changing relationship between employees and organizations in the modern workplace.

The programme commenced at 9:00 AM with Tamizh Thaai Vazhthu, followed by the Welcome Address by Dr. S. Anjali Daisy, Associate Professor, GSB. The dignitaries were then felicitated as part of the formal inaugural proceedings. The Chief Guest Address was delivered by Mr. Krishnan Nilakantan, Chief Learning Officer, UST Technologies. His session provided students with valuable industry perspectives and insights relevant to the evolving HR landscape. The morning session also included the Vote of Thanks by Dr. M. Chithra, Assistant Professor, followed by the National Anthem and tea break.

Fire Side Chat – One of the key highlights of the conclave was the Fire Side Chat with Ms. Vijila Jasmine, Lead – HR Operations, HR Assessor & Employee Engagement, TVS Vehicle Mobility Solution Pvt. Ltd., in conversation with Dr. S. Anjali Daisy, Associate Professor, GSB.

The morning session continued with the Felicitation and Key Address by Ms. Jasmine Vedha, Talent Acquisition Specialist, ANSR Global. Her participation provided students with an opportunity to understand contemporary talent acquisition practices and the expectations of organizations from emerging professionals.
